Versace plans luxury hotels to woo the wealthy
Designer's first super-luxe resort will open in Dubai in 2009

Under an agreement with Australian property developer Sunland Group Versace will design and furnish the 7-star hotels,

The first in the series will open in Dubai in 2009, offering guests a swimming pool with live exotic fish and specially cooled sand. Versace already owns a hotel on Australia’s Gold Coast.

Versace continues the tendency, in where the great marks of luxury, such as Armani or Bulgari, are arranged to invest in a hotel of luxury made and designed by these distinguished houses fashionable.

For my taste, the tendency of the great houses fashionable goes to continue, the client no longer wants single an accessory or a hand stock market on the contrary wants to impregnate itself of the philosophy of each one of the luxury marks.

The tendency of the luxury customer is the search of one whole satisfaction in all the scopes and this does not forget it travelling is why the luxury marks invest but and but in this new market for them that is the Hotel profession.
A paradisiacal place to be able to develop this type of concept in Hotel profession is Dubai since the amount wealth concentrated in the population is very high.

Good comment on the nature of fashion house and total experience, not just accessory.
